UNRESTRICTED BEQUEST


I bequeath __________________________________ (describe dollar amount, real property commonly known as___________________, or proportion of your residuary estate), to the Santa Barbara Foundation., a not-for-profit charitable foundation located in Santa Barbara, California, 93101, for its general charitable purposes.

BEQUEST TO CREATE A PERMANENT UNRESTRICTED FUND


I bequeath __________________________________ (describe dollar amount, real property commonly known as___________________, or proportion of your residuary estate), to the Santa Barbara Foundation, a not-for-profit charitable foundation located in Santa Barbara, California, 93101, to establish the _______________________ Fund, to be held as a permanent fund and managed together with the Foundation's other endowed funds. Grants from the Fund shall be made in accordance with the Foundation's policies for such funds, and shall be used for unrestricted purposes.

RESTRICTED BEQUEST
